As
part of our extensive personal service, Your-Key
Portables offers to each of our clients the option
of additional fittings and features for your Portable Accommodation and modular buildings. We can
supply and fit any fabrications as listed below, but please
contact us directly if there is anything that does not
appear here that you may require in your Your-Key Portables unit,
and with any other enquiry concerning fabrications:
PLEASE NOTE: All buildings are supplied with standard electrics and heating throughout, as applicable.
INTERNAL FITTINGS:
As an option we can supply any or all of the internal fittings listed below in your portable accommodation or modular building. All these items can be supplied by Your-Key Portables, and fitted by us either onsite or in the factory prior to delivery:
- Category 2 Lighting
- IT points
- Floor-mounted sockets
- Air conditioning
- High level heating
- Sound reduction
- Wet radiator systems
- Solid or half-glazed partitions
- Acoustic screens
- Spotlights and tracking
- Increased fire prevention
- Insurance-rated locks
- Double glazing
- Frames in a choice of UPVC: Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride / Plastic Coated / Aluminium / Hardwood
- Carpet flooring
- In lieu of vinyl: Available in a wide choice of attractive colours including Pebble, Pale Olive, Arabian Red, Blue Chip, Dove Grey, Forest Green, Marble, Sapphire, Lincoln Green, Petrol Blue, Chestnut and more.
EXTERNAL FABRICATIONS
and FITTINGS:
According to your needs, Your-Key Portables can supply and fit any or all of the external fabrications and claddings as detailed below to your portable accommodation or modular building. All these fabrications can be fitted either onsite or in the factory prior to delivery:
External claddings (Available in a wide choice of attractive finishes and colours including Resin-Based Texture, Plastic-Coated Steel, Brick Slip / Skin, Stained Timber and Stenni Stoneflex. The option of Stoneflex is available in Smokey Mountain Grey, Bermuda White, Mexican Pink, Swedish Green, Sahara Beige and many other beautiful colours)
- Effluent tanks
- Staircases / Stairways
- Walkways / Gantries / Platforms
- Mobility ramps
- Entry platforms
- Window Shutters
- Wire Mesh Window Guards.
External roofs are Marleydeck / DRC one-piece roofing blankets manufactured specifically for portable buildings. As an alternative, lightweight tiled roofs are available in a range of attractive colours. All new roof claddings carry an agreement certificate.
